Harley Davidson AA Barbie 2009 (Redress ONLY)

This is a REDRESS ONLY NOT an actual doll release!!!
(sorry if I had given anyone wrong ideas…)

This is one tough lady - don't let the baby pink chaps fool you.

Barbie as Lt. Uhura (2009) SKU# N5503 wears outfit from Harley-Davidson (Caucasian version available only) Barbie (2009) SKU# N6590.

NOTE: the only AA Harley Davidson Barbie doll to date is HD doll #5 (two versions, CC and AA) – AA version SKU# 29208 from 2001.

There has only ever been ONE AA HD Barbie doll, TWO Caucasian Kens and SIX Caucasian Barbie dolls. There has never been a Hispanic or Asian HD Barbie doll… because someone at Mattel probably thinks that Hispanic and Asian people don’t ride motorcycles.

Darn, darn, darn!

I thought I was safe from the Harley Davidson Barbie this year. The blonde one, I have several Fashion Fever dolls that resemble her. Oh, Mattel! Well, I can’t miss out on the second AA Harley Barbie, can I?

She does look fierce.

NO!!! There is no AA Harley Barbie! I’ve just redressed Uhura in HD Barbie #6 outfit! Sorry for misleading you it wasn’t my intention!!! Good news is… you can save your pennies!

Thanks, Therese, for correcting my goof. No harm done. Uhura looks great though … might get her when/if she goes on sale ….

Lots of figures and dolls here are sighing in relief. And returning to their regular requests … ;-D
