I have shopped in these stores for years, and never saw anything more interesting in their doll aisle than a few Barbie dolls and clones...but one day I looked up, and there were a couple dozen Janay dolls from various series' on the upper shelves, just waiting for ME! I bought many from each store at $1.99 each, and when I saw them on sale at 2/$3, I cleaned out both stores of their stock! I knew it was the end of the road for Janay when I came across her in an unlikely store, priced so cheaply...but I was elated about the amazing price I paid for the dolls! PAIN!!!)... I would like to think that now they have made such an elite name for themselves, even their dolls of color would be well sought after hmmm?
