So here are the 2010 Integrity Toy Doll lines on this blog finally… or at least the beginnings of it.
I shall start with the Monograms, mostly because in terms of dolls of color there’s pretty much nothing to say about them so it’s an easy (but not so nice) start for the review of the 2010 lines here.
So here we have the Monograms, a doll series that seems to share just one face sculpt for now. From left to right you have -
So… if your idea of diversity is an increase in redheads, then you’ve got it! Or… you could go for the Italian…
Personal boo boo – have ordered Enigmatic because… ? Would have loved to get Brilliance but she was accidently released to dealers before she was to be revealed and now she’s sold out and I didn’t look into her because I was trying to avoid the Monograms!
Other (mostly likely better and more informative) reviews of the 2010 Monogram dolls -
Good news is, there are some more (but not enough as usual) dolls of color in the other Integrity lines… stay tuned!

The other reviews are likely fuller because those dolls appealed to the authors of those reviews. I’m not particularly keen on the Monogram dolls either so I left a link to another site showing them. Shrug.
You covered dolls I was not aware of in this 2010 line – thanks for that information. Then again, coloring aside, they all look the same to me. Same mold perhaps?
There are other Integrity series that I prefer – some of the Fashion Royalty dolls, some of the NuFace dolls, and some of the Dynamite Girls. I still want some of those dolls from 2008 so I don’t mind overlooking some of their series ;-D

Yes, they do all share the same face sculpt… some are painted with teeth and others not but still the same face.
It is not that I have no interest in them, just in the context of this blog which actively focuses on dolls of color, there is not much happening in this set. I just feel that there are enough other places that will review the dolls of no-color in depth and I don’t see the need to reinvent the wheel.

I was going to give a harsh review on this years line but, I had to stop myself because I did not want people to call me a hater or a racist because there are so many things about this line I don’t like! I will tell you I do like; Giselle and Reese are the only dolls I will bother to buy! Giselle has red hair and I love redhead dolls and Reese is very cute!
I never liked the Monograms Collection because that not my type of thing! Too classy for me!

“hater or a racist”
well… you can always pull out the “this is a free country… free speech yada yada” spiel… the same people who would call you a “hater” use that “card” ALL THE TIME!
you can’t be a racist for just telling the truth and you can’t be a racist unless you ARE part of THE system in power ie. of European descent in the majority of cases… you can be a total jerk but not racist (which isn’t any better but yeah)
