What about “action doll” LOL? That’s another hybrid term I’ve seen online. A doll is a doll.

But I use action figure to appease the people who care about the distinction. And some of my guys who feel that “action figure” makes them more manly ;-D

Your Takeo looks gorgeous. Excellent photos. This is the Takeo that I would want – don’t care for the youthfully dressed guy in checkered sneakers. (The sneakers are cute, but I’d give them to a younger looking, trendier doll.)

I would think that dressed in a suit, Takeo is a businessman. Office worker. That fine suit of his would get ruined executing ninja feats. Collector of swords, though, cool.

I got Takeo a few months ago but I got him nude so I didn’t even have to deal with that suit and his silly sword. I just love him! It is hella hard to find Homme clothes on ebay for this guy though. But I mean he photographs great. I post pics of him on my flickr account here.
