Moo is short for Moomoo – named by my partner because he apparently looks like a dairy cow… He’s 2 months old, Dutch breed, has a chubby little tummy and sweet as can be!

Noggie is short for Caerbannog – Killer Rabbit of Caerbannog that is… from Monty Python and the Holy Grail – I got to choose that name hehe although we’ve been referring to him as “tantrum bunny” most of the time already. He is only 1 month old so he still needs to be with his mother for another month before we can pick him up.

We are convinced that Neef’s spirit is already teaching lil Moo how to be naughty already… now for some more pics of lil Moo :) (more…)

RIP Neef ~ 22 September 2007 – 20 February 2010

Neef's second last day...

Neef's second last day...

Neef had been on the medications Protexin, Bactrim, Flagyl, Baytril and Panacur for most of the past 2 weeks.

I had also been taking him to work to feed him during the day.

He used to weigh 1.8kg… but he rapidly dropped down to little more than 1kg in the past few weeks. It was so scary :(

On the last days, it was difficult to get him to swallow any food or liquids. You could feel his bones and his fur was falling off. He fought on so hard but his body was giving up and it was horrible to see him in such pain.

He surprised everyone for even making it this far when the vets thought he would go mid-last week.

We made the decision to put him to sleep today rather than wait and let him suffer for what little time he might have had left.

We miss him so much :(

Another Bunny & Doll Update

Little Neef was finally discharged from animal hospital on Thursday afternoon. He is still very sick and the vet has confirmed that his kidneys have completely failed and we are just taking it day by day. We keep him on the bedside table in his carrier overnight for night feedings and monitoring. I’ve been giving him a cocktail of drugs as well as syringe feeding him every 4-5 hours. It is tedious work and he hates it but each day he lives now is a miracle…

Thank you so much to those who have wished him to get better soon.

(yes, he has crusty eyes from being ill and a crusty chin from the food spilling from the syringe feeds – I’ve tried to clean them with just a wet cloth but he is quite sensitive and I don’t want to make him anymore uncomfortable than he already is)

On Friday (hmmm yesterday I suppose), a box from Integrity arrived. I’ve only just opened it today. After the initial confusion that the Glam Zone dolls I’d ordered came in plastic bags (lol I am so spoilt with all those fancy boxes) I’d realised that the one in the beige dress actually uses the Janay face sculpt! Update & Some Adele Photos

I have NOT forgotten about the Sunset Photo Competition… it has just been soooo busy… I should put up a post soon with the final submission date. I am thinking mid-March…

My poor little bunny has fallen quite ill and he’s going to be in (animal) hospital this whole weekend, I miss him and the mere thought of the potential vet bill terrifies me…

Then, I’ve been transferring a whole huge website over to a different server and that is never easy… at least this is the last move for that one!

And work. Oh work. Work past midnight. Weekend work. No overtime pay. You get the drill…

Good news, I do have new dolls which is a little silly considering that I’m trying to sell off some dolls which is why I would really want that server move to hurry up so I can post more sales! (it is up to the point where the server addresses have been changed and basically it’s just a long boring wait)

My Brilliance Adele arrived and she is just gorgeous :)
